Privacy policies serve the important purpose of allowing individuals to know, understand, and make informed decisions regarding the data that we collect, use, and share. Our goal is to make this privacy policy, which applies to OceansV Hotel Management, its related divisions, and its affiliates (Hereinafter collectively referred to as “OceansV”), as easy to understand as possible. ‍

Information Individuals Provide Us: Certain information is necessary to utilize our services and for us to provide the best experience for our users that we can. While the below categories are by no means inclusive, they give individuals an idea of what information we may collect: 

Contacting Us. If an individual contacts us to ask questions about our services, there needs to be a way for us to get back in touch with them. As such, individuals will need to give us information such as their name, email address, and phone number. 

Owner Access Accounts. We streamline activities for our users by allowing them to create accounts on our website. In creating their account, users must provide us with specific information in order for us to provide them with the best possible experience. 

Payment Information. To purchase offerings provided as part of our paid products and services users will need to provide us with payment information, including their credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. 

Information We Collect When Individuals Use Our Services: When individuals use our services or access our website, we collect information about how they interact with those services to provide them with information that may be useful to them and to help us to continue to provide the best possible experience through our website, customer service, and otherwise. 

Usage Information. We collect information about an individual’s use of our services, including: 
– Information on links they interact with across our services(including in our emails sent to them). 
– Information about communications between us and an individual, such as through an email or phone call.

Device Information. We collect information about the device an individual uses to access our services, including: Information about their connection, such as their IP address and browser type.

Location Information. We strive to conduct our business in away that complies with applicable laws in that jurisdiction and to provide relevant information to individuals by collecting their approximate location. 

Inferred Identity. We may collect or receive data that we use to infer an individual’s identity. 
– When an individual uses our services on a device, we may use cookies to associate that device and the browser being used to connect it to that individual. For example, to allow them to pick up where they left off or stay logged into their account. 
– When an individual provides us with information, such as their email address or phone number, we associate that information with their browser or device. Even when an individual is not signed into their account, we may infer their identity based on the information we collect.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of third parties such as social media platforms, site providers or any other app developer or provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider or device manufacturer, or any data users may disclose to them. 

SHARING INFORMATION

We may share information in other circumstances in which an individual specifically requests their information be shared or gives us permission to do so. Furthermore, if we sell a specific line of business or function, we may also share information as part of that transaction. 

When Required by Law:

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

Also, we may require the individual to verify their identity and provide additional details about their request. Applicable law may allow individuals to request specific pieces of information collected in the prior year and requests regarding how we have handled it. This information may be requested in formats that allow it to be sent to other companies, or the individual may direct us to directly transfer said information. 

Deleting Information:
Individuals can reach out to us and request the deletion of their personal information. We will carefully evaluate their request and determine whether we can proceed with the deletion, taking into consideration any applicable legal exemptions or extended retention requirements, as well as any information that needs to be preserved due to an ongoing claim or litigation. Objections to Processing of Information: Individuals may also contact us to object to the processing of their personal information or restrict processing of such (such as refraining from selling it or otherwise providing it to any third parties).These requests will be evaluated for justifications for continued processing. If the objection is denied, the individual may appeal our decision by contacting us as outlined below. 

INDIVIDUAL’S RIGHTS AND OUR RIGHTS
OceansV conducts business on a global scale, and we extend similar privacy tools and controls to all our users, irrespective of their location. Nevertheless, an individual’s experience using our services may vary slightly compared to users in other countries, as we strive to ensure that our privacy practices are fair, transparent, and free from deceptive acts or practices that could harm users or create unfair competition by cooperating with regulatory authorities, especially in relation to consumer privacy and data protection. In the event of any non-compliance with relevant laws, OceansV will take appropriate steps to rectify the situation and bring our practices into compliance. 

Legal Basis to Use Information:
OceansV does not engage in the sale of any individual’s personal information. If individuals wish to delve deeper and gain a more comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved, we recommend exploring supplementary information on data processing based on the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located. Moving Data:
If data is shared with a third party, we mandate that they uphold the same level of data protection as we do when handling an individual’s data directly.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children online and our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without obtaining verifiable parental consent.

OceansV may also share information with service providers who assist it in the delivery of its products and services. Rights Regarding Personal Health Information:
